**Description**

**Job Title: Associate Digital Coordinator/Digital Coordinator (Assistant Merchandising) Function: Digital Commerce**:
**Position Summary**:
The Assistant Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring the Site experience is flawless and works with partner teams in the executing relevant tasks with accuracy and in a timely manner. Review and validate the site regularly and ensure its upkeep and callout/triage anomalies identified. Collaborate with Merchandising team on day-to-day operational strategies and help in its implementation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a detailed understanding of all Merchandising processes/tasks, related processes, relevant data, and the customer experiences they drive
- Work closely with Personalization team and get a clear understanding of testing results from weekly meetings and monthly business review and action the way forward
- Compile and create Merchandising related reports, derive insights, present findings, and recommendations
- Actively participate and contribute to Business/Other meetings and help drive discussions
- Create and maintain documentation for key business processes
- Collaborate/Partner across teams to triage and address issues in a timely manner
- Get thorough on-hand experience on current tools in use and any other new tool that will be deployed in future
- Be fungible to work across teams and processes
- Flexible with working in shifts as per business requirement

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years overall experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Merchandising or Site Management in retail/e-commerce
- Ability to organize and analyze data in Microsoft Excel. Expertise with mid-level Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Hands on experience in building reporting visualizations and dashboards with PowerPoint/other presentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently and deal with ambiguity
- Strong analytical and logical skills
- Strong attention to detail
