At YOÜGotaGift, we owe our success to people and processes. The office assistant provides vital support for both, so we’re currently seeking someone for this role. You will be performing various basic office duties, such as serving beverages to the guests or staff, handling files and papers, greeting visitors etc.
**Must have**
- 0 to 1 years of experience in a similar role.
- Well-mannered & able to speak a clean language. English would be an added advantage
- Driver’s license: Two & Four Wheeler
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of company information
- High school diploma/+2/equivalent
**Nice to have**:
- Greeting/assisting Visitors
- Organising and handling files
- Providing details to office visitors
- Monitoring the use of devices and supplies within the workplace.
- Ensure optimal use of equipment, supplies, and inventories.
- Cleaning the office. Assisting employees in making tea and coffee. Photocopying and filing documents. Supporting other day to day office tasks
- Cleaning up / general maintenance of the Coffee machine and disposing wastes properly
- Keep the office clean, stocked, and organised, especially the kitchen, conference rooms, stockrooms, storage closets, and communal areas
- With the advice and support from Admin order office supplies, stock supply stations, and ensure equipment is operable.
- Maintain filing system, contacts database, employee lists, and inventories
- Restocking the pantry equipment.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Coordinating events, as necessary.
- Keep track of employee exit and entry
- Neatly maintain office general condition
- To deliver and pick up mail, messages, documents, packages and other items to and from government offices, the post office, or any other location that may be required.
- Depositing or collecting cheques, cash, bank documents etc.
- Help in collecting and delivering items like starter kit, stationaries, postal, etc
- Assisting office staff as requested. eg: shifting of monitors, chairs, tables, decorations, after celebration cleaning, changing drinking water cans, etc
- Must do rounds to multiple offices and find out the general needs, wants, suggestions and issues pertaining to that particular office.
- Need to be available all the time on impulse (during office hours)
