Overview:
Responsible for the in-depth technical coaching on Azure DevOps Code, Azure DevOps Builds, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Artifactory Binaries Artifact Repositories (Maven, Nuget, NPM), SonarQube code coverage scans and Fortify security scans as required for PepsiCo’s move to Agile and DevSecOps. The expertise of the individual in a wide range of technical fields including development, pipelines, cloud capabilities, AKS, AWS, SAFe Agile, CI/CD is essential as they will act as primary CI/CD Engineering Coach for all CTO PepsiCo IT CI/CD teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the coaching of multiple teams CI/CD pipelines in the CTO sector.
- Work with CI\CD Engineering Manager to define and hone best practices for Code (Code Reviews, Unit Testing, Branching Strategies etc)
- Work with CI\CD Engineering Manager to define and hone best practices for Build/Pipeline (Code coverage scans, Unit Testing Scans, Migrations, Change and Release management in Azure DevOps, Artifactory)
- Provide Training and Coaching of DevSecOps tools to larger projects as the SME for Code repository, Builds and Pipelines for NA
- Constantly keep up to date on the latest technologies being introduced by CTO and assisting with the Development Solutions team to integrate them the current DevSecOps tools and processes
- Constantly keep up to date on the latest trends in the DevOps communities and determine if and how they could be integrated into the the current DevSecOps tools and processes

Qualifications:
Years of Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS is required
- 5 to 10 years minimum experience in a development related role is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years leading a development team or similar development experience acting as a development lead.
- 2 years working experience in container management with Microsoft Azure architecture and CICD pipeline implementation (Application CICD)

Mandatory Technical Skills
- Direct experience using Azure DevOps Code Repository, Build Tool and Pipeline tool is mandatory
- Experience in delivery training/coaching is mandatory
- Experience in Kubernates with at least 1 year of direct involvement in creating containers
- Java/C# coding experience desired, but at a minimum should have practical experience with any development language
- In-depth knowledge on software delivery lifecycle and DevSecOps process

Mandatory Technical Skills
- Professional Demeaner - This role will require interactions with both end user developers as well as members of the senior leadership, including VPs.
- Power of Persuasion - This role requires team to make changes to their processes or pick up new capabilities, the ability to not only show them what they are, but why they need to occur is essential, so teams will willingly make the changes
- Ability to communicate in English fluently
