**Responsibilities**

**Shooting Video**: Plan, set up, and shoot video content for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).

Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.

Ensure high-quality video and audio recording during shoots.

**Editing Video**: Edit raw footage into polished videos that align with the brand’s style and voice.

Add graphics, music, and effects to enhance the overall production value.

Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.

Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.

**Content Creation**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative video concepts.

Stay up-to-date with current trends in social media and video production.

Optimize videos for different social media platforms, ensuring proper format, length, and style.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in video production, including shooting and editing.

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Filmora, VN etc).

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video content requirements.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Photoshop) is a plus.

Experience in growing and managing social media accounts is highly desirable.

Experience with paid social advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.

**Salary: 15,000 to 40,000 per month**
