Junior Accounts Executive

**Job Summary**:
We are building a High-Performance Team here at ROBU.IN & have vacancy for **Junior** **Accounts Executive (Payment Transaction Coordinator) **to join our highly motivated team. Please note this is an entry-level position & suitable for graduates or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field or having minimum **0 to 1 years of Experience** in accounts payable management.

**Experience**:Freshers to 1 years in accounts payable management and import coordination roles, preferably in a multinational or import/export-oriented company.

**Salary**: Rs.12,000/- to Rs.15,000/- **Per Month (In-hand Salary)** + **PF, ESIC, & Health Insurance Benefits** (As per Experience). **(CTC: ₹1,92,300.00 - ₹2,38,100.00 per year)**.

**Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity in financial transactions and documentation.
- . Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- .Proficient in Excel/Advance Excel & accounting software
- Good in English communication (Verbal as well as Written).

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior to Process vendor payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist senior to Verify and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests. Ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
- Assist senior to Maintain vendor records and communication channels, addressing inquiries and resolving payment-related issues promptly.
- Assist senior to Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to forecast cash flow requirements and manage payment schedules effectively.
- Assist senior to Prepare and review payment reports, documentation, and reconciliations for management review and approval.
- Assist senior to Communicate with banks and financial institutions to coordinate import transactions, including letters of credit, bank guarantees, and foreign exchange transactions.
- Assist senior to Ensure compliance with import regulations, documentation requirements, and banking procedures for international shipments.
- Assist senior to Monitor import shipments and work closely with logistics team to facilitate clearance and timely delivery of goods.
- Assist senior to Stay updated on changes in import/export regulations, banking practices, and industry trends to ensure compliance and optimize processes.
- Assist senior to Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, explanations, and assistance as required.
- Assist senior to Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payment and import transaction coordination.
