- Overseeing the progress of all construction activities
- Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations
- Implementing industry best practices and safety protocols
- Hiring and evaluating the performance of the on-site workers
- Regularly checking inventory and placing orders for building materials
- Ensuring all equipment are in working order and good condition
- Performing first aid during emergencies
- Interpreting building plans and construction blueprints
- Conducting site inspections to ensure it is free from any safety hazards
- Ensuring the workers follow site safety procedures
- Handling any on-site accidents with uttermost care and awareness
- Maintaining an accurate attendance report of all construction site workers
- Reviewing daily construction work and suggesting any improvement measures
- Ensuring all emergency equipment are in place and in working order
- Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline
- Communicating the progress report to the Construction Project Manager
- Attending any on-site meetings or events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and specifications.
- Oversee the daily activities of subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel involved in the project.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess work progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during construction and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor material and equipment deliveries to ensure they are timely and meet project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including progress reports, work schedules, and manpower requirements.
- Provide regular updates to project management regarding project status, challenges, and potential risks.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with contractual obligations and budgetary constraints.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse workforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as required.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
