Waitress/server

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses (Servers) to join our team. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience by delivering excellent service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and offering recommendations. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards. Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Handle billing, process payments, and provide correct change or receipts. Set up and clean tables, ensuring a tidy and welcoming dining environment. Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including specials and dietary options. Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow. Assist in opening and closing duties, including inventory checks and restocking. Requirements & Qualifications: Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in customer service is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and strong attention to detail. Ability to stand for long hours and carry trays or dishes as needed. Basic math skills for handling bills and payments. Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
