**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Bidding on various online portals like oDesk, Elance, Guru, Freelancer etc.
- Preparing & sending proposals to clients for their requirements.
- Follow up clients and generating sales
- Creating pipeline of projects in web design and development

**Requirements**:

- A good Business sense and time management and presentation skills are required.
- Ability to analyze business Challenges, identify problems, and be able to propose solutions for the same.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Strategic planning and execution.
- Must have experience in Lead conversion and client chat.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali - 160062, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
