- Maintain customer relationships by offering exceptional after-sales service, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Prepare and complete all necessary documentation for vehicle sales, including contracts, financing agreements, and trade-in evaluations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely promotions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings to provide effective recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure the dealership’s sales lot is organized and vehicles are well-presented.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in car sales, preferably in the primarily focusing segment.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing excellent service.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software; experience with automotive sales software is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven individual.
- Knowledge of automotive market trends and the primarily focusing industry is an advantage.
