Short listing of resumes from Portals and other sources.
Provide inputs in Bulk Hiring Strategies
**Job Requirement**:
MBA in Human resource or equivalent degree from a recognized institute.
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in KPO, BPO or Sales domain.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Internet search tools.
Capability to recruit in bulk numbers with in short span of time.
Prior experience in campus recruitment, job fairs or similar activities will be preferred
Should have knowledge of ITES industry.
Possess a proficiency in social media, Network recruiting.
Must work well under pressure and tight timelines
Should be ready to work as per UK time zone (12:30pm-9:30pm).
