- Must live nearby to Salt Sector 1
- Welcome visitors and members to the Gym, answer phones and assist the front desk with various administrative tasks.
- Maintain long-term clientele and grow the gym's membership base through sales, new member onboarding, and excellent customer service.
- Responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new clients and selling renewals.
- Generating new sales opportunities by approaching walk-ins, cold calling and networking
- Contacting prospective customers who have sent enquiries, and converting them to members.
- Conducting gym tours for prospective members and suggesting suitable membership options.
- Preparing new membership documentation, explaining terms to customers and arranging payment methods.
- Delivering consistent levels of new member sign ups to the gym.
- Remain actively engaged with new and existing members to seek membership referrals.

Fitness Sales Associate Qualifications
- Graduate

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Superior organizational and time management skills
