**About the role**:
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer Executive to join our team in Mohali. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about visual storytelling and digital design. As a Graphic Designer Executive, you will collaborate with our marketing and design teams to create engaging visual content for various digital platforms and manage design projects from concept to completion.

**What You Need for this Position**:

- Proven work experience (1-3 years) as a Graphic Designer or in a related field.
- Proficiency in desktop publishing tools such as Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work methodically, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Professional approach to project management, including time, costs, and deadlines.
- A portfolio demonstrating your design skills and creative projects.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Plan and conceptualize design projects based on provided information and materials.
- Develop rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, and style.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, design style, and production timelines.
- Create illustrations, logos, and other visual designs using graphic design software.
- Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic to ensure aesthetic appeal and message clarity.
- Work closely with copywriters and marketing team to produce final designs that meet project objectives.
- Test graphics across various media and devices to ensure compatibility and consistency.
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements or modifications as needed.
- Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and service providers to execute design projects.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques through workshops and professional development activities.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate team performance.
- Contribute to team efforts by delivering high-quality designs within established timelines.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
