Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written).

Optimize content and campaigns for search engines, social media, and online channels.

Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms.

Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content.

Work with external partners to manage and optimize campaigns.

Monitor the company's online reputation and respond to customer feedback.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the digital marketing landscape.

Social Media Channels - Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Tik Tok, Snapchat, etc

Creating Social Media action plans based on the brand performance

Coordinating with the Content & Creative team in preparing Monthly Content Calendar & Ensure that the posts are delivered on time

Prepare Competitor Analysis on a monthly basis

Optimizing content and sharing feedback to improve the engagement

Proven Knowledge of handling Business Managers

Monthly performance report using Looker Studio or similar tools

Efficiency in Handling Social Media ads across diverse platforms

Efficiency in Google Ads & Programmatic Ads

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.

Proven track record of driving results through digital marketing campaigns.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, and other analytics platforms.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
