Oet Trainer

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Develop and adapt lesson plans, teaching materials, and resources to meet the needs of diverse learners and address specific OET exam requirements.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and progress.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and fosters student confidence.
- Stay current with OET exam updates, best practices in language teaching, and developments in the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share resources, exchange ideas, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the OET preparation program.
- Provide guidance and support to students outside of class time, including answering questions, offering additional practice opportunities, and addressing individual learning needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and other relevant data.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay abreast of trends in language assessment and instruction.
- Uphold ethical standards and adhere to institutional policies and procedures at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Teaching certification or qualification such as TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent.
- Experience teaching English for specific purposes (ESP), preferably in a healthcare or medical context.
- Familiarity with the OET exam format, content, and assessment criteria.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students.
- Adaptability and creativity in lesson planning and instructional delivery.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for record-keeping and assessment purposes.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness of the needs of diverse learners.
- Proficiency in technology for teaching purposes, including virtual learning platforms and multimedia resources.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement as an educator.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
