**Creative Director Job Description**:
As the creative director, you will work closely with the graphic design and marketing department to deliver engaging content that meets the expectations of our customers and stakeholders. You should be extremely creative, dedicated, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Shaping brand standards and creating procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.
- Working with the design team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
- Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion.
- Collaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements.
- Working with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
- Evaluating trends, assessing new data, and keeping up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.
- Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals.
- Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role
- Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
- Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
- A solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices.
- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
- Must be a creative and strategic thinker.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
Master’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, and other relevant fields.

**Salary**: From ₹700,000.00 per year
