Ocean Export Operations

Job Descriptions:
- Manage operations for the ocean export department.
- Process files per company standards.
- Review all quoting activities.
- Set-up new accounts and assignments, review SOPs, update account profiles.
- Monitor new account status to ensure quality performance.
- Resolve problems or assign and follow-up with appropriate personnel.
- Support/assist sales department as needed.
- Maximize opportunities to improve customer service.
- Maintain 100% compliance with export laws regulations and JAS standards.
- Manage and develop efficient and effective flow of work to attain optimum efficiency and productivity of department.
- Understand country specific requirements.
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of Freight forwarding industry.
- Bachelor s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years export experience.
- Strong customer service skills and outgoing personality.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office,).
- General understanding of ocean export (LCL/FCL).
- Understanding Export Compliance Regulations.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Ocean Export Operations: 2 years (preferred)
