Experience: 4 to 8 years
- Qualification: B-Tech/B.E. or MCS / BCS
- Location: Pune
- Technical Know-How: Hands on experience on one or more tools such as: JMeter / Load Runner / NeoLoad, JVM, Database, Linux, APM Tools & Minimum 1 year experience on Shell Scripting, Java or Python.
- End to end execution of performance activities inclusive of NFR requirement gathering, workload modelling, preparation of test plan along with effort estimations, executions, analysis, recommendations.
- Co-ordination with different stakeholders with regards to performance activities.
- Experience in pricing and billing domain will be good to have.
- Understanding and estimating the non-functional requirements.
- Designing the test scripts and Identifying parameters for testing.
- Executing performance tests.
- Using consistent metrics for monitoring.
- Identifying bottlenecks, and where they occur.
- Interpret results and graphs.
- Understand the relationship between queues and sub-systems.
- Identify suggestions for performance tuning.
- Preparing the test report.

**Personal Skills**:

- Practical experience in performance profiling and troubleshooting.
- Attention to detail.
- Familiarity with agile technology development methodologies and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
