**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instructional Planning and Delivery**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that support the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of pre-primary students.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage children in learning, including play-based activities, storytelling, and creative arts.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Implement effective classroom management techniques to maintain a structured and supportive learning atmosphere.
- Foster positive behavior and social skills through guidance and modeling.
- **Student Development**:

- Observe and assess each child’s developmental progress and individual needs.
- Provide personalized support and guidance to help children achieve their developmental milestones.
- Design and implement activities that promote social skills, language development, and early literacy and numeracy.
- **Parent and Caregiver Communication**:

- Maintain open and effective communication with parents and caregivers regarding their child’s progress, achievements, and any concerns.
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences and provide regular updates on classroom activities and child development.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the pre-primary curriculum.
- Integrate themes and topics that reflect the interests and needs of the children, while aligning with educational standards.
- **Professional Development**:

- Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest early childhood education practices and theories.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and educational conferences as required.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment.
- Prepare and manage classroom materials and resources, ensuring they are safe and age-appropriate.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other teachers, staff, and specialists to support the overall educational program and address individual student needs.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and activities as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Teaching certification or license in early childhood education (if applicable).
