**About Us**:
This is a remote position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive online English lessons to students in Grades 1 to 8.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking skills with a focus on practical usage.
- Customize lesson plans to meet individual student needs and learning levels.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to improve their language skills.
- Utilize innovative teaching tools and software to create dynamic and effective lessons.
- Provide constructive feedback and track student progress regularly.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- **Experience**: 2+ years of proven teaching experience with young learners, preferably in online education.**Skills**:

- Proficient in English grammar, speaking, and writing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and student-centered lesson plans.
- Comfortable using online teaching platforms and tools like Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.
- **Technical Requirements**: Reliable internet connection, a laptop/PC with a functional camera and microphone, and familiarity with virtual teaching software.
- **Other**: A creative, patient, and enthusiastic attitude toward teaching young learners.
