**Higher Secondary Commerce Subject Teacher**

**Qualifications**:

- Must possess a Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com.) or a related field, along with a B.Ed. degree.

**Experience**:
**Skills and Expertise**:

- **Accountancy**: Expertise in teaching Accountancy, including understanding of financial statements, bookkeeping, and accounting principles.
- **Business Studies**: In-depth knowledge of Business Studies, including management principles, business environment, and entrepreneurship.
- **Statistics**: Ability to teach Statistics, focusing on data analysis, probability, and statistical methods relevant to commerce.
- **Commercial Law**: Understanding of Commercial Law, including company law, contracts, and other legal aspects relevant to business.
- **Taxation**: Knowledge of Taxation principles, including direct and indirect taxes, tax planning, and compliance.
- **Marketing**: Expertise in Marketing, covering marketing strategies, consumer behavior, and market research.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Classroom Management**: Maintain discipline and create a conducive learning environment in the classroom.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Principal, Academic Coordinator, and other staff to contribute to the overall academic program and school activities.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all school policies, rules, and regulations as outlined by the administration.
