Piping Supervisor

**Project Planning and Coordination**:Develop and coordinate the piping project plans, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to establish timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.

**Supervision and Team Management**:Lead and manage a team of piping technicians and inspectors.
Provide direction, guidance, and support to ensure the team meets project goals and deadlines.

**Quality Assurance and Compliance**:Implement and enforce quality assurance and control measures for piping installations.
Ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, and project specifications.

**Material and Resource Management**:Oversee the procurement and management of piping materials and equipment.
Monitor and manage resources efficiently to optimize productivity and control costs.

**Safety Oversight**:Enforce and promote a strong safety culture on the worksite.
Conduct regular safety inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.

**Technical Expertise**:Possess a strong understanding of piping systems, materials, and installation methods.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

**Communication and Reporting**:Maintain clear and open communication channels with project stakeholders, including engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
Generate regular progress reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.

**Problem Solving and Decision Making**:Address and resolve technical and operational challenges during the piping installation process.
Make informed decisions to keep the project on track, considering factors such as cost, time, and quality.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bathinda, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
