**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a creative and passionate **Arts & Craft Product Designer** to join our team at MySkillShala. This role is ideal for someone with a background in arts and crafts, or anyone deeply interested in designing physical products, especially those for DIY kits and craft projects aimed at children.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop innovative designs for DIY kits, including products like quilling, origami, resin art, and other creative projects.
- Create detailed product sketches, prototypes, and final designs based on market trends and target audience preferences.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure the design concept is translated accurately into the final product.
- Research and stay updated with the latest trends in arts, crafts, and physical product design.
- Work closely with marketing teams to ensure product designs align with branding and market positioning.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong creative and artistic abilities with a flair for arts and crafts.
- Ability to conceptualize and develop physical product designs.
- Hands-on experience or a strong interest in creating craft-based products.
- Good drawing and sketching skills, both by hand and using digital tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to think from the user’s perspective.
- Experience with or interest in working with DIY kits, crafting materials, and product development.

**Preferred Background**:
