- Supervise food & beverage service and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth order execution.
- Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and table setup as per standards.
- Train and motivate service staff for efficiency and customer service.
- Monitor inventory of cutlery, crockery, and service equipment.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and restaurant SOPs.
