Line Inspector

Product Inspection: Perform visual and/or tactile inspections of products as they move along the production line. Check for defects, irregularities, or non-conformities in product appearance, dimensions, or functionality.
- Quality Control: Follow established quality control procedures and standards to ensure that products meet specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Reject or quarantine products that do not meet quality standards.
- Documentation: Record inspection results, including defects found, quantity inspected, and any corrective actions taken. Maintain accurate documentation and inspection records for quality assurance purposes.
- Problem Identification: Identify root causes of defects or quality issues and communicate findings to supervisors or quality assurance personnel. Collaborate with production teams to address underlying problems and prevent recurrence of issues.
- Equipment Monitoring: Monitor and maintain inspection equipment, such as gauges, calipers, magnifiers, or other measuring devices. Perform routine calibration and maintenance of equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Process Improvement: Recommend process improvements or modifications to enhance product quality, efficiency, and consistency. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities to optimize production processes.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others. Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors or safety personnel.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with production operators, supervisors, quality control technicians, and other team members to coordinate inspection activities and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance inspection skills, product knowledge, and understanding of quality standards and procedures. Stay updated on changes to product specifications or inspection criteria.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders regarding inspection results, quality issues, and corrective actions. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement as needed.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
