Key Responsibilities:

- Develop high-quality graphic illustrations for character licensing projects, ensuring

consistency with established character designs and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with creative directors, fashion designers and other artists to create

visually compelling stories and character-driven artwork for the fashion apparel and

accessory space.
- Interpret briefs and translate them into engaging and dynamic illustrative designs

that capture the essence of well-known characters.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for character

portrayal and story development.
- Work closely with licensing partners to ensure all artwork meets licensing

requirements and is approved for use.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant styles and techniques

into your work.
- Manage multiple projects occasionally, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high

standard of quality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Illustration, Fine Arts, or a related

field.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in graphic illustration, preferably in the

character licensing for fashion, accessory design or retail space.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your illustration skills, particularly in character design

and storytelling.
- Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent understanding of color theory, composition, and typography.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to convey emotions and narratives through

illustrations.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
