**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Creation**:

- Develop visually appealing designs for websites, social media platforms, advertising campaigns, and print materials.
- Create engaging layouts, illustrations, and infographics that enhance storytelling and branding efforts.

**Brand Consistency**:

- Maintain and enhance the visual identity of the brand across all communication channels.
- Ensure design elements adhere to brand guidelines and create a cohesive visual experience.

**Collaboration**:

- Work with content creators, marketers, and strategists to produce designs that align with campaign objectives.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh design ideas.

**Prototyping & Iteration**:

- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and app designs as needed.
- Iterate designs based on feedback to achieve the desired outcome.

**Trends & Innovation**:

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Experiment with new design techniques to enhance the creative process.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure high-quality output by reviewing designs for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with objectives.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**:

- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Basic knowledge of animation or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and tools.

**Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience as a Visual Designer or similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across digital and print media.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
