**Role Description**

CB, IB, CRU KYC Operations plays an integral part in the firm’s first line of defence against financial crime, reducing the risk of working with new clients (primarily Know Your Client risk), while ensuring client relationships are onboarded and maintained efficiently.

Within Deutsche Bank, a global programme is underway to address a number of critical requirements to address concerns raised by regulators on the bank’s client on-boarding processes and policies. A risk based prioritisation approach has been agreed with senior management and the regulator, requiring the remediation of all clients through 2019-2021 and thereafter a transition into business as usual.

During the remediation period CB, IB, CRU KYC Operations has onboarded a significant proportion of external staff to assist with the remediation of client files. The KYC Contract and Commercial Co-ordinator, is a crucial role to support our teams globally during and after the transition to business as usual.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Support Divisional Central Business Management to deliver KYC remediation book of work by acting as Contract and Commercial for DB’s external partners
- Manage and track all contractual obligations for both DB and external partners
- Support the Service Relationship Owner to complete any Vendor Risk Management (VRM) to ensure all VRM requirements are met, and in all other Contract Governance requirements.
- Support DVMO governance on vendor spend, document vendor saving
- Manage and track the internal review and sign off of agreed change orders and validate against invoices payable to DB’s external providers. Reconciliation of Purchase orders, headcount for each external provider.
- Track all change orders and chair internal meetings to track future book of work.
- Manage vendor invoice process to ensure invoices have required back up information and are accurate to price and volumes.
- Produce management reports and data that will form the basis of commercial and contractual discussions with DB’s external providers.
- Provide other management information reports to assess servicer provider operational performance to support the vendor service delivery governance process.

**Your skills and experience**
- Strong analytical skills with experience in dbBuyer and Purchase Order management desk.
- Strong excel skills with experience commercial management reports.
- Experience in contract management ,VRM (dbSR) and Workday preferred.
- Ability to plan and organise: Determine daily tasks, set goals and priorities. Ability to lead and organise meetings and set up standard minutes/documentation.
- Very strong analytical capability to assess problems, identify causes, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem. Able to act swiftly and escalate appropriately.
- Team player mentality, working cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolving problems and making decisions.
- Experience and ability to work in international virtual teams within a matrix organization.
