Order Processor

Job Objective:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order management process, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and providing exceptional customer care throughout the order lifecycle.

Roles and responsibilies:
Process and manage customer orders on the website with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Communicate with customers to gather necessary order information, address inquiries, and provide updates on order status
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Track and monitor order progress, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate order records and documentation
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance order management efficiency
- Maintain a strong understanding of products, pricing, and inventory to provide accurate information to customers

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in order management or customer care roles
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing
- Familiarity with order management systems or software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet order deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Timely completion of work
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Qualifications/Experience required:

- Bachelor degree preferably Business Administration
- 2-3 years of experience in order followup or data entry role

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
