**Job Responsibility**:

- Minimum experience of 6+ years
- Experience in 2+ yrs. in a business development role in inspection, testing, instruments and agricultural services.
- Experience in managing and leading a team of 20 - 25 people.
- Must be experienced in Agri sales/training/inspection/trading/testing/collateral management.
- Preferably from an inspection and testing background
- Ability to build a team from ground-up.
- Direct coordination with Zonal Heads for business and operations
- Building & Training state teams of experienced Supervisors & Surveyors
- Inventory Management for all the operations in the state and maintaining records
- Monitoring of projects at ground level and ensure smooth operations at all the deployment locations
- Visit warehouses, Mandis and client sites for audits and liaison
- Verify and maintain all projects related data on shared Drive
- Verify MIS and data related to assayers attendance, daily work and generate invoices & salary summaries accordingly
- Manage local procurements in the state in coordination with the central purchase manager.
- Liaison with clients for payment follow-ups and ground issues
