Assistant Creative Producer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualize innovative video ideas celebrating the visions and goals of the brand.
2. Manage all aspects of project development, pre-production, production, and post, including writing, shooting, editing, motion graphics, selection of music, and editorial.
3. Shoot a variety of styles of original content, in the field and in the studio, including documentary pieces, short-form, sketches, interviews, how-to videos and long-form videos
4. Work closely with our Marketing and Communications department to ideate and execute video content that reinforces the client’s ethos and illustrates our programming.
5. Optimize new and existing video footage to create engaging cuts for distribution on social media channels.
6. Conceptualize original branded, promotional, and evergreen video content for YouTube.
7. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously from concept through execution.
8. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
9. Consistently work to develop and nurture a network of incredible freelance shooters, DP’s, editors, motion graphics specialists, etc., who can help execute projects.
10. Oversee media management of the Cocoma Digital server and archive: ensure all assets are stored correctly, backed up, and organized.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Creative Producer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful creative projects.
2. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
6. Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
Location - Andheri West
Office timings : 10 am to 7 pm
Working days : Monday to Saturday, Fixed off on Sunday
