We are seeking an experienced Oil and Gas Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your recruitment expertise and industry knowledge to source, screen, and place top talent within the Oil & Gas sector. You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs and fulfilling them by tapping into your extensive network and utilizing cutting-edge recruitment strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Foster strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their recruitment needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a recruiter in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Knowledge of recruitment practices, trends, and legal regulations in the Middle East and other global markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
