**Job Purpose**: To Enhance the production capacity of the organization and streamline manpower of the production department along with alignment in the production line.
- Managing production line and allocating work to laborers on a daily basis.
- Achieving daily Production Target along with Operators.
- Updating top management about loss and damage on a regular basis.
- At the end of each process and select framed products on basis of quality check criteria.
- Identifying of Manpower gaps and fulfilling positions with the support of Top Management.
- Interacting with Shop Floor Employees to resolve their daily issues.
- Maintaining the Productivity of Machines by servicing machines at regular intervals of Time.
- Analysis of Operator's performance on regular intervals and submitting same to top Management.
- Solving Operator's Query and updating to top management.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Daily Production Target Achievement
- Manpower Mapping
- Machine Maintenance
- Quality Assurance of Finished Good Education

**A diploma from CIPET or Mechanical Engineering is preferable or Equivalent Skills**
- Knowledge about production planning.
- Knowledge about the plastic Industry.

**Experience:

- 3 years of working experience as a supervisor in the production unit**
- 1 year of working experience in a production line in the plastic industry

**Management Skills**
- Management of Shop floor
- Team Work
- Problem Solving Skill Leadership Skill

**Motivating Team Language**:

- Hindi / Bengali

**Technical Knowledge**:
**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

- Yearly bonus
