We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) freshers to join our team as Graduate Engineer Trainees. In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers and supervisors to ensure the smooth functioning of electrical and electronic systems in the manufacturing environment.
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or a related discipline.
- Strong academic foundation in electrical systems, electronics, and control systems.
- Familiarity with CAD software, PLC programming, and circuit design is a plus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Electrical System Maintenance**:

- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
- **Production Support**:

- Support production teams in achieving daily operational targets by ensuring mínimal downtime due to electrical or electronic failures.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues promptly.
- **Testing and Quality Assurance**:

- Perform testing of electrical and electronic components used in manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Participate in initiatives to optimize energy usage, reduce costs, and improve production efficiency.
- Suggest improvements to current systems and processes.
- **Learning and Development**:

- Attend training sessions on company-specific tools, software, and protocols.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in electrical and electronics engineering.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, testing, and repair activities.
- Prepare and submit reports to supervisors as required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
