**Location: Hyderabad**
Focus Areas of Phoenix Foundation:
1. Ensuring environmental sustainability, ecological balance, protection of flora and fauna and conservation of natural resources.
2. Providing preventive health care, sanitization and safe drinking water.
3. Promoting education to the under privileged children and youth, supporting economically and socially backward people and helping the differently abled people.
4. Rural Development Projects and giving aids to the farmers in need.
5. Development of public spaces for promotion of art & culture and modern crematorium spaces.
**Position Overview**:
The Coordinator at Phoenix Foundation plays a pivotal role in supporting the organization's mission and operations.
This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent organizational skills,
strong communication abilities, and a passion for making a positive impact in the community.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Event Coordination: Plan and execute events, fundraisers, and community outreach programs.
Administrative Support: Assist with office tasks, maintain records, and handle correspondence.
Reporting Structure: Report directly to the Chairman Emeritus, ensuring close collaboration and alignment with senior leadership.
Communication: Maintain communication with stakeholders, donors, and partners to ensure alignment with the foundation's goals.
Program Support: Provide support for ongoing programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant coordination.
Research and Reporting: Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support decision making processes.
**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Development studies, Nonprofit Management, Social Work, Business Administration, etc).
Experience: Previous experience in nonprofit work, event planning, or project coordination is preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in MS Office suite, and attention to detail.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
