**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Interaction**:

- Handle incoming calls from guests and address their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Make outgoing calls to potential guests to provide information about hotel services, promotions, and special offers.
- Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, and amenities.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up with guests to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain an updated database of guest information and call logs.
- Process guest requests for additional services such as transportation, dining reservations, and special accommodations.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Keep detailed records of all interactions with guests and potential customers.
- Prepare reports on call volume, guest feedback, and any issues encountered.
- **Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Patient and able to handle guest complaints with empathy and tact.
- Languages Must: English, Hindi, And Telugu

- **Note : Interviews will be held at Hotel Vinfora Residency (Srinagar Colony)or at our Hill Theory IT Solutions (Khairatabad)office. The work location will be either Hotel Vinfora Residency(Srinagar Colony) or Hill Theory IT Solutions(Khairatabad).**:
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
