**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Consultations**:

- Conduct thorough skin analysis to determine clients' needs and concerns.
- Create personalized treatment plans and provide product recommendations.
- Educate clients on skincare best practices and post-treatment care.
- **Skincare Treatments**:

- Perform a range of services including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, LED therapy, and other specialized treatments.
- Administer advanced procedures like microneedling, laser therapies, or chemical peels (depending on training and certifications).
- Manage pre-treatment preparations and post-treatment care.
- **Product Sales & Recommendations**:

- Recommend and sell retail products tailored to individual client needs.
- Meet sales targets while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
- **Sanitation & Compliance**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Sterilize equipment and tools according to protocols.
- Adhere to local and state regulations governing esthetics services.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and skincare innovations.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Schedule and confirm client appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
