**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct legal research to support case strategies, legal opinions, and client advice.
- Prepare legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
- Assist in client interviews, fact-finding, and gathering evidence.
- Analyze legal issues and provide recommendations to senior lawyers and clients.
- Participate in case strategy discussions and contribute to legal planning.
- Review and interpret laws, regulations, and court decisions relevant to cases.
- Assist in negotiations, settlements, and trial preparations.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals, including paralegals and support staff.
- Stay updated on legal developments, precedents, and industry trends.
- Attend court proceedings, hearings, and depositions as needed.
- Provide administrative support related to legal matters, such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
- Assist in client communication and maintain positive client relationships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
