**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated **Solar Technician** to join our growing team. As a Solar Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar energy systems, ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively. You will work on residential, commercial, and industrial solar energy installations and contribute to sustainable energy solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation & Setup**: Install solar panels, inverters, and associated electrical systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- **Maintenance & Repair**: Perform regular maintenance and repairs on solar panel systems, diagnosing issues and addressing technical problems promptly.
- **System Testing & Troubleshooting**: Conduct system tests to ensure proper operation of solar installations; troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical problems.
- **Wiring & Electrical Connections**: Safely wire solar components and ensure all electrical connections are correctly installed and meet industry standards.
- **Customer Interaction**: Communicate effectively with customers to explain system operations and provide clear instructions on system use and care.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance work, and any troubleshooting performed. Complete work orders and daily logs.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites, including wearing appropriate safety gear and maintaining a safe working environment.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other technicians, project managers, and installers to ensure the successful completion of solar projects.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Must have 2 years of experience in solar installation, maintenance, or related fields. Knowledge of electrical systems is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of solar panel components, electrical systems, and installation processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with safety regulations related to electrical work and construction sites.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
