**Role and Responsibilities**: As an ETL Architect at Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient ETL solutions using various ETL tools. Your role will involve:
Leading a team of 6 members and providing guidance and support
Understanding legacy ETL codes and redesigning them to enhance performance and adherence to best practices
Troubleshooting and identifying translation issues during data transfer
Writing technical designs based on requirements for developers to implement
Collaborating with users and technical personnel to clarify and validate business requirements
Implementing data integration best practices and conventions
Identifying potential problems and suggesting proactive changes and solutions
Serving as a reference for data integration and reporting solutions
Interacting with project development teams and communicating detailed technical requirements
Expert level of experience in ETL with a strong understanding of ETL tools
Good experience in XML and Webservice transformations (nice to have)
Proficiency in SQL and Stored Procedures
Prior experience in B2B Integration projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team and lead a team of 6 members
