Principal Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Assist senior technicians with equipment and system installation, maintenance, and repairs.
Site Visits: When required, travel to clients' sites to provide on-site support and services.
Data collection: Measure, test, and record information for reporting and analysis.
Troubleshooting: Find and address basic technological issues under supervision.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all work done, including logs and service reports.
Safety Compliance: Always keep your workplace safe by adhering to all safety protocols.
Engagement in Training: Engage in on-the-job training training to enhance technical proficiency and knowledge.
ITI diploma in electrical, mechanical, electronic, or a related field.
