**Designation: - Store Executive**
- Person will be responsible for entire store operation
- Issuing of stocks & checking receiving material from inhouse production/from supplier
- Updating the material in excel of stocks. Follow up standard storing norms and ensuring all goods are in safe at store.
- Monitoring and control of all inward and outward entries in Register and excel on daily basis.
- Receiving of Raw Materials, Packaging Material, Semi Finished Products for assemblies as per SOP and ensure proper storage with minimum wastage.
- Responsible for Managing and developing the stores, Issuing and Inventory Control functions for the Organization
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly stock statement and send reports to respective departments.
- Coordinate with production department when stock level reaches to reorder level for manufacturing of SFG as per STD quantity required
- Record daily reconcile inventory.
- Prepare reports accurately to track inventory. Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc. And also report on inventory activities and variances.
- follow standard operating procedures within the stores.
- Maintenance of stock through system as per the organizational Guidelines.
- Maintain all report and records as per industry standards Requirements:

- Making GRN
- Making Purchase requisition as per stock level reaches to reorder level & keeping record of Invoices and submitting same to Accounts
- Coordination with internal departments like Account and related departments.
- Co-ordination with Accounts Department for the P2P cycle
- Timely Re-order of Products/Product Categories.
- Maintained 5S system
- Maintained FIFO system
- Maintain data of RM & SFG price & vendor list
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchase person to place orders as needed.
- Continuous process improvement & identifying opportunities for cost cutting & process optimization.

**Key skills: -**Should have a good hands-on **MS Excel /Advance Excel,** Good communicator, highly

creative & resourceful with a will to learn,

**Experience: - **Min 5 years of Experience in store department from Manufacturing industry only**.**

**Note**: -Experience from wooden manufacturing industry will be an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹11,889.90 - ₹25,000.00 per month
