One must have complete knowledge about the types of skin and nails & nail diseases, products available in the market, knowledge about how to use machines. One must have theoretical & practical knowledge about trending styles in the market, different techniques to do nail extensions, gel polish, nail art, 3D nail art, etc. Nail instructor should have good communication skills.
- Job responsibilities
- Providing practical and theoretical training to the students at the academy regarding different courses.
- Team handling and Team management
- Taking Daily reporting
- Conduct periodical technical evaluation of staff
- Take interviews when hiring nail technicians.
- Visit different branches pan India and analyse the work of the staff
- Coordinate between staff and external training coordinators
- Research about new products in the market
- Provide resolution to any client issues at the salons
- Eligibility - Any person having 5 years + as a hairstylist.
