**JOB DESCRIPTION:

- **
- Field Educator has to visit camps and do the patients tests for diabetes.
- Prepare and submit daily reports detailing.
- Mini automated devices have to be carried at the OPD’s for testing to be performed & share the details with the doctors/ patients.
- Device & consumables will be provided by us.
- Needs to visit on a daily basis to the OPD’s as per the roaster shared.
- Training will be provided for handling the Medical device and performing the test.
- This is full time permanent job login 09:30am to logout 06:30pm.
- Lab coat, training kits, devices and safety will be provided on every camps.
- Leverage proven experience in phlebotomy and patient screenings to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collate and update the patient details on the portal/ Application for further records.
- Has to report to Camp 15-20 min in advance.
- Field Educator will get the Camp’s roaster on daily/weekly basis.
