**Position**: Jr. Executive - Accounts
**Role**: Accounts/Finance
**Experience**: 3 - 7 Yrs
**Location**: Mumbai (Borivali)
**Brief JD**:
1. Prepare the daily bank reconciliation into tally as per cross verification with bank Statement online.
2. To maintain the petty cash as well book the expenses in tally ERP system.
3. Monitoring the record of purchase, sale and expenses, FNF into tally ERP system.
4. To co-ordinate with Bank manager/Gateway team for refund matter of customers or for any kind of bank related matter etc.
5. To make the vendor as well as employees reimburse payment online.
6. Plan and execute month/quarter/annual closure schedule.
7. Handling accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, financial statements and analyzing reports for companies operations.
8. To make monthly report / MIS /Cash flow statement and report to Head of the company.
9. Prepare quarterly balance sheet and reviewing the same with company management.
10. Managing Companies and Directors Income tax returns
11. Implement Goods & Services Tax (GST) for the entity and filing GSTR1.
