**About the organisation**

Advance Paints Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of industrial, high performance and marine coatings. We are leading suppliers to Indian Navy and Indian Railways having been associated to them for over 3 decades. We have an extensive product range that has been specially developed for infrastructure projects, chemical zones, refineries and others.

**Role Purpose**

**Responsibility**
- Supervise and coordinate the manufacturing process to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage and allocate manpower effectively to optimize productivity.
- Monitor and control production processes to minimize wastage and maximize efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to implement process improvements and cost-saving measures.
- Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of production equipment and facilities.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of paints, coatings, and related products.
- Strong knowledge of paint manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

**Experience Required**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the paint manufacturing industry.

**Educational Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
