**About Us**:
Realty Canvas is a fast-growing real estate firm dedicated to helping clients find their dream homes and investment opportunities. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Video Editor** who can bring properties to life through engaging video content that highlights their unique features and enhances our brand presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw property footage into polished, high-quality promotional videos.
- Create virtual tours, walkthroughs, and drone-based video edits for residential and commercial projects.
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and background music to enhance storytelling.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to produce engaging content for social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
- Ensure all videos are optimized for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, color grading, and visual style.
- Stay updated with the latest real estate video trends and editing techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Video Editor** (real estate industry experience preferred).
- Proficiency in video editing software such as **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve**.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, and audio mixing.
- Ability to work with drone and 360° footage (preferred).
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio/reel showcasing real estate or similar video projects is mandatory.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with real estate marketing content.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator).
- Familiarity with SEO-based video optimization.
