Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement SEO Strategies: Design and execute effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value keywords and opportunities for content optimization.

On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and other on-page elements to improve search visibility and user experience.

Off-Page Optimization: Develop and execute link-building campaigns, outreach, and other off-page SEO techniques to enhance domain authority and backlink profile.

Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content that meets user intent and aligns with SEO goals.

Technical SEO: Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues related to site architecture, indexing, crawlability, page speed, and mobile optimization.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.

Reporting: Prepare regular SEO performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure the implementation of cutting-edge techniques.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members, developers, and designers to implement SEO recommendations and achieve business goals.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of successful SEO campaigns and improved search rankings.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Team Player: Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
