**Key Responsibilities**
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for social media platforms.
- Add transitions, effects, music, voiceovers, and graphics to enhance video quality.
- **Content Optimization**:

- Ensure videos are optimized for various social media platforms, adhering to aspect ratios, durations, and platform-specific requirements.
- **Creative Input**:

- Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
- Provide innovative ideas to enhance video storytelling and visual appeal.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Ensure the final output meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with designers, content creators, and social media managers to align videos with campaign goals.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Perform color correction, audio mixing, and other post-production techniques.
- Maintain a library of edited and raw footage for future use.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience in motion graphics and animation (After Effects or similar tools).
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work with different formats, aspect ratios, and resolutions for social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
- Familiarity with YouTube SEO and video optimization is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in editing spiritual, cultural, or social media-focused content (if relevant to the company).
- Knowledge of camera operations and on-set experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Hindi and English languages.
