site supervisor - Full Job Description

The role & responsibilities:

- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean by monitoring if the resources are utilized fully.
- Supervise if the people on site are working according to the plan.
- Taking site measurements.
- overcome site issue.
- Adhere to the material management.
- Timely completion of sites
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
- Ability to plan the work and communicate the same to the workers.
- Regular site visit to monitor the project progress.
- Knowledge of reading drawings, taking measurements in inches and Mm, Analytical thinking, punching the order in the factory, verifying the material with the vendors, - Problem solving capacity, work orientated and communication abilities with workers.
- Preparing daily reports of work of each site and updating the same to the clients.

**Salary**: ₹9,252.21 - ₹35,170.70 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
