**Job Summary**

Shivalik Housekeeping Services, a leading facility management and outsourcing company, is looking for a skilled **Tender/Portal Operator** to manage e-tendering and government procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, eProcurement, etc.). The role involves preparing and submitting tender documents, monitoring opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams for successful bid participation.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage company profiles on GeM, CPPP, and other e-tender portals.
- Search and shortlist relevant tenders in facility management, housekeeping, and security services.
- Prepare, compile, and submit technical and financial bids on time.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and legal teams for tender documentation.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders and outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate (preferred) with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of GeM/CPPP and other e-procurement portals.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, PDF tools).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
